Clean and Protect using Dry Fusion “Re-Act” – Two unique mechanisms work to keep Dry Fusion cleaned carpets virtually stain free to maintain that just cleaned look longer. A fluorocarbon resin places an invisible protective shield over every fibre during the cleaning process. Imagine if your carpet fibres were put under a very powerful microscope. Most fibres would look like sponges with lots of tiny holes in them. These are called dye sites. This is where the dye goes when the fibres are coloured during the manufacturing process. The trouble is that not all the sites are filled with dye – many are left empty and can fill with tea, coffee, wine, or anything else that is spilled on your beautiful carpet. The stain blocker fills the vacant dye sites with a special INVISIBLE dye which helps to prevent other stains from getting in.

Bactoshield Is a “WOOLSAFE” solution, having all the benefits of clean and stain protection plus the added value of during the cleaning process a water-proof, antimicrobial finish is being permanently bonded and locked in place by the fluorocarbon stain protective coating. Previously, the only long term treatment for carpets was when an antimicrobial was added to the fibre during manufacture. There is no proven product on the market today that can provide cleaning and be equal in antimicrobial effectiveness, it helps prevent the growth of moulds, fungi and tinea as well as the problem bacteria like E-Coli, Staph Aureus and MRSA.

Rugs come in many different shapes and sizes, containing different fibres, including wool, silk, cotton and man-made fibres, they will also hold considerable amounts of dry soil, ranging from sand, grit, dust, skin cells and much more, dust contained in a rug will prematurely shorten the life of the fibres.
RUG CLEANING PROCESS
Stage 1: The rug face is vacuumed, using an industrial vacuum cleaner, then placed face down on a protective sheet, the back is now vacuumed. The vibration effect of this process will dislodge considerable amounts of dry soil. The triple Hepa filtration system removes 99.77 % of airborne pollutants without putting them back into the environment.
Stage 2: A “WoolSafe” cleaning solutions massaged into the fibres using our rotation soft brush machine, followed by a specialist “WoolSafe” solution that is then manually brushed into carpet fringes.
Stage 3: The Rug is cleaned using the unique Dry Fusion cleaning process which includes a built in stain protection treatment and dries within 30 minutes.
Stage 4: A full inspection to ensure that all stains and surface soiling is satisfactory removed and further treatment applied if required. After cleaning has taken place, they are groomed to re set the pile to ensure customer satisfaction.
Step 5 : The final stage is for you to inspect the rug.
