If in the event of you not been happy with the service we have provided please contact us asap and we will deal with your complaint as follows:
1: Listen to your concerns, them schedule an appointment to visit you.
2: Re clean the carpet or upholstery concerned again FREE of charge. If after this you are still not happy with the service provided.
3: We will reimburse the full amount of the cost of the job 100%.

Where we are unable to resolve your complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
