End of Tenancy Clean
The majority of tenancy agreements require the carpeting to be professionally cleaned before the tenant hands back the keys with the letting agency requiring written evidence in the form of a receipt.
Do not risk your deposit on cleaning that won’t look any difference by using cheap under performing hire machines or choosing the lowest price company, numerous times we have to go and re clean carpeting after the tenant has carried the work out themselves and not achieved the results required.
